Your agents are not very friendly over the phone. Also, I do not like your new rule on not being able to return a dress for a different size if it doesn't fit. According to your agents you are not not allowing the return of any dress under any circumstances. I have been a long time customer, however because of this, I will no longer be purchasing dresses from you. You should not be this unhelpful, especially when you know that people are ordering online and the dresses may not always fit, even if we follow the size charts to the best of our abilities because each of your designers size differently, and we obviously are not able to try the dresses on since we are ordering online. Your business practices are shooting you in the foot and make not sense, and it proves that you do not care about your customers who are spending their money with you. Until this rule is changed, I will not be a customer with your company.
