I have made two unsuccessful purchases from New YorkDress. Both times my credit card was charged and two days later an email was sent saying sorry the dress is no longer available. This is not good customer service and I was told their inventory is not checked obviously often enough. However when I called to express my disappointment the girls on the other line were nice and kind enough and not really their fault. I would say before you give them your card info. call them first to make sure they have the dress before ordering it. I was a waste of time for me waiting on 2 different dresses 4 days later to be told i am not getting it.
