They have horrible costomer service , not professional at all!! i tried to exchange the size of a dress they ask me to pay for the restocking fee and after all that when i went to Fedex to return it i ahocked because they told me to pay 500$ !!when i texted them they just told me that they don't cover the return!!! i never saw a complicated website like this! i changed my mind because the cover of the return cost me more than the dress so i decided to keep it , i asked the to return back the money of the restocking fee 100$ they ignored me until now!!!! so bad i'll never record this website to anyone and i'll never deal with them any more .
