I I bought a dress from you for over $1000 and I understood that I will not be able to return but I thought with you guys I will be able to exchange and I was OK with that but when the dress came in and didn’t look anything like the picture to me I thought I would exchange it your response was no returns or exchanges and that is a horrible customer service and I will never buy anything from you guys again
