I purchased 2 dresses for my brother’s wedding. One of the dress ran really small, the other did t work out because it was backless … there were no pictures depicting the back of the dress just the front which was misleading. I returned the dress for which I paid $314. I was told that they would charge a 15% restocking fee ($47) and that i would have to pay for shipping to I send it back . Today, I received an email saying that they are have provided a gift card in the amount of $199!?! My refund should be$267… I’m not sure how they came up with this number … this company tries to get every penny they can from you with no explanation. It’s very unfortunate
