I am a first time customer . Purchasing of my dress was relatively easy and the dress arrived in sturdy packaging ; however , the dress I received had a long tear along the seam. I believe the website sold me a defective dress as the packaging had not been tampered with when it arrived .
I was very disappointed as I bought the dress for a destination wedding and was forced to look for tailoring services in an international country last minute . I likely will not be purchasing with this company again .
