I had to contact New York dress several times after ordering my dress because I did not receive a confirmation, tracking number or any indication of when the dress would be shipped. In addition. The dress was ill fitting and there are no returns or exchange, which I was unaware of before purchase. I did purchase a dress from New York dress in 2018 and my experience was extremely positive. I cannot say the same for this time around.
