The dress got here quickly and in great shape, however, the return and exchange policy is contradicting. Certain dresses are labeled as unable to be returned/exchanged but others are not. The returns/exchange section says that returns and exchanges are not available right now, but I was not made aware of that when checking out. I called customer service to see what could be done as the gown came in MUCH MUCH too short and I was told I agreed to the return policy when I checked out. I wasn't made aware of the policy while checking out and wouldn't have purchased the gown if that was the case. The customer service rep was not at all helpful and wasn't pleasant to deal with. I understand she probably deals with annoyed customers all day, but giving attitude doesn't help. I won't be purchasing from New York Dress again any time soon, which is extremely disappointing and am left to figure out what to do with a gown that is not long enough for me to wear.
