I have been your customer for years, since I won the title of Mrs. International in 2009. I used to be able to purchase and either return or get store credit if the dress did not fit. I recently, made a purchase assuming the same policy applies as I have not received any email or notification to the contrary and the shopping cart did not indicate the new "no return" policy either. I felt dumbfounded when I tried to return the dress for a different size and was notified no return was accepted! Now, I am stock with an expensive dress that does not fit! Although, it was a difficult choice, but I decided to stop shopping with you because of that.
