I previously had a great experience with NYDress. This time was the exact opposite. Only certain dresses said returns and exchanges were not accepted. So, I purchased a dress that didn’t have this statement on it. When it came and was MUCH too short, I went to initiate an exchange I couldn’t. I called the customer service line, which is touted as making all customers happy with their purchase, and was told when I purchased the gown I agreed to a statement that they aren’t accepting any returns/exchanges. I didn’t agree to any such statement during the checkout process. Se then went on to say that returns/exchanges page said that none were accepted. This contradicts the fact that only certain dresses have this listed on them. I’m now out $400+ and have a gown that is too short (which based on measurements shouldn’t have been the case based on the measurement chart). Not to mention the customer service rep had quite the attitude and was not helpful at all. I will not be purchasing from NYDress again anytime soon.
