Honestly the worst customer service ever. Called multiple times to see if my dress has shipped and it’s been 3 weeks now. They’re blaming it on FedEx now but I know that’s not the case. They constantly told me they would call me back or email me but never do. I’ve told them I needed my dress by Sept 17th which is next week and i need to see if I need to get it altered. I would honestly never order from this place again.
