I purchased a dress that didn’t fit and can’t return it or exchange. I am buying on line so have no idea how it will fit, the quality or the look in person, but I am stuck with dress that I can’t wear. Very unhappy with New York Dress! When I called about exchanging or refund was told their policy was no exchange or refund. $216 for a dress to hang in my closet, so disappointed.
