I purchased a dress for my daughters Oct. wedding. The dress arrived and was much darker than pictured on the website and was too close to the bridesmaids dresses. I didn't even try the dress on because it just wasn't an option. I called customer service and the only thing they could do was offer a store credit minus a 15% stocking fee. I would have been fine with this but the size and colors available are very limited and was unable to find something. Now I'm stuck with a brand new $220 dress!
