I’m disappointed with the purchase As the quality of the dress was not as expected for the price tag 300$
The fabric was not looking good and the dress doesn’t raise up to the occasion.
Hence I decided to return the dress. However, i was shocked that i am not able to return or exchange with another dress.
I’m deeply saddened that your website is not doing something to better the customer experience and sincerely believe that this will negatively impact your market share.
