I bought a gown for a wedding and the posted the UK size which is not the same as the US size. When I got the dress is was too small. I ordered the US size and paid $492 again. When I called to return the smaller dress I was told it couldn’t be returned. The return policy on the website is very confusing. The basic told me it was a custom made dress, but it wasn’t. It was available to order just like every other dress. The dress was $492 and I had to pay twice.
