I was satisfied with this service purely because i wss given a chance to exchange items. It had been the first time i purchased items from this site..so i had purchased the wrong size not realising the sizes where all Americn sizes. What i appreciate is despite the fact that the policy now does not allow exchange or return...they gave me a courtesy in allowing me to exchange. This helps an individual enormously especially when spending large amounts of money on a dress. I think the policy should allow at least exchange because people are spending large amounts of money on dresses and would be more likely to purchase them if they knew they were able to exchange. I was served by melanie- she was great in understanding my issue and efficient in helping me resolve it and receive my dresses on time! Thankyou Melanie
