Horrible customer service. Everyone you talk to gives a different answer. Asked if the dress had mesh because pictures on website were poor quality. Customer service rep assured me it did not. Imagine my surprise when dress arrived with not one but three mesh panels! Multiple additional chats and calls to the company required for resolution, and different answers and direction every time. Overall an awful experience for the money spent. Website and customer service quality both need improvement! Communicated with company via live chat, telephone, and email.
