Ordered two gowns. One is on backorder. The other gown arrived stuffed into a plastic DHL envelope straight from China. This gown was covered in sequins so I was horrified that this gown arrived so badly packaged and wadded up into a tiny ball. I have ordered gowns from NYD for many years. All have arrived packaged in a large box, on a hanger in a dust bag. Not sure what happened to this particular gown. Beyond the fact that it was too large, I would have returned whether it fit or not simply because it was in such bad shape. My purchase totaled nearly $1200. I'm hoping that my next gown is packaged with much more care and attention to detail.
