Your return policy is ridiculous. If an order is placed online you need to make your policy clear before the order is processed. When buying a dress online you can only go by the size charts online. Dress did not fit and needed a size or 2 smaller. When you are charging a restocking fee of 15% even for an exchange, that’s just robbery. I placed an order for an item that your website showed was available and it turned out that the item was on back order and I didn’t receive it for over a month but yet you charged my card right away. Not a good way to do business!
