I ordered this dress is teal for my daughter's wedding. The color is darker and the fabric is stiffer than I anticipated. However, the appliques and beading are nice. My problem is that I ordered according to their size chart, and this dress is huge on me. I would guess it is 2 sizes bigger than what I should have received based on their size chart and recommended size. There is no option to return the dress, so now I am stuck with an ~ $600 dress for which I have no use. With the beading, and the amount that would need to be taken in (at least 4 inches), I am not sure that it can be altered. I used to be a tailor, and I wouldn't attempt it, but maybe someone else would. To me, it is not worth the extra expense to try to have it altered. Nordstroms has the same dress, but for a higher price, If I had bought it there, I would have had the option to return/exchange it.
