Ordering dresses from New York Dress is risky. The sizes are not normal so it's really a guessing game as to if it will fit or not. While you have a zero return policy, I was appreciative that you did make a one time exception and gave me a credit. Thank you for that! However, since it was a credit, I still had to roll the dice and see if my replacement dress for my credit would fit or not. If it wasn't an $800 dress, it would not be that big of a deal. I can order the same type of expensive gown from Neimans or Saks and have exceptional return policies. I won't be ordering again because it is just not worth the risk.
