Great customer service support. My order was incorrect the first time as the wrong size was shipped and way too big to have altered and had to be sent back. Their customer support team responded immediately and sent a return label and made sure the correct size was sent. She made sure by checking my measurements with the designer. I received it in 2 days time. Quick turnaround!! The dress is perfect and high quality for the price!! I can’t wait to wear it on my special day!!! Very satisfied customer despite the mishap!
