The dress was well made, and shipping time was great. My only complaint would be the return and exchange policy. I didn’t want to return it, just exchange it for a size smaller. Even though I looked at the size guide given it was too big. Then as the Mother of the Bride I had to find another dress, and am now stuck with a 500$ dress in my closet that I don’t know what to do with.
Also looking further down this survey I see questions related to the return process!?! Someone please tell me can I return this dress or not.
