I love the variety you get with NYD. I only have 2 complaints. Most of the time the dresses are slightly different colors in person than what is shown online. Also, it would be nice to be able to return things you don't like for a refund rather than a credit. When shopping in person you typically try on multiple dresses before deciding on "the one". It would be nice to have that option with NYD rather than being stuck with a bunch of credits you might not use.
