Worst online purchase I've ever made. I was so excited when my dress arrived, couldn't wait to try on my dress for my niece wedding. However, was so disappointed when I opened the package and saw that the dress was damaged. It had large holes in both the back and sides of it, just couldn't understand how a dress in that condition was sent out to a customer. However, the positive side to this unfortunate experience was the Cutomer Service Rep. was very professional in assisting with processing my return and refund.
