I ordered 4 dresses on July 20th but after a week on 27th July I received a message of cancellation on a dress because its suddenly out of stock, its now the 15th of August and i still haven’t received a refund, this delay is concerning
And the shipping was delayed and i was charged more
Very bad communication and the staffs reply wasn’t helpful at all, the staff member (Samantha) very awful experience honestly
