I accidentally ordered wrong size somehow . Yes my fault. Ordered a 10 instead of a 14 for my mother in law. I've contacted them numerous of times and have received no response. Yes it says no returns no exchanges but next time I pay 900.00 on two dresses I will shop Jj house or Hebeos. They exchange within 14 days. I've got a new 450.00 gown hanging in closet that has no use.
