This company should not be selling expensive dresses online when their refund policy is “ALL SALES ARE FINAL”. Buyer beware! Apparently I should have known to read the small print. Myself and my family have been shopping online for several weddings the last couple years and I have ALWAYS been able to return. That is the basic premise of online shopping, isn’t it? I understand restrictions - I always keep all the original packaging, keep the tags on, return within xx number of days, I have no problem paying the return shipping….but ALL SALES ARE FINAL is unacceptable in today’s retail environment. If nothing else, this company should have this important detail plastered all over their website so customers don’t find themselves stuck with a $500 dress that doesn’t work for them.
