The delivery was timely. The dress was packaged correctly. The reason I give 3 stars is due to the refund policy. I was desperate to get the dress for my daughter's wedding. Otherwise, I would not buy from a company that does not offer refunds especially on a $400.00 . It worked our fir me. 🙏🏽
