I purchased a dress for my daughter’s wedding. It came three weeks before the wedding. However, it was not the dress I had ordered. I sent photos of the dress that was delivered as well as the tags to identify the dress item #. It was clearly the wrong dress. NYD was great with the return but unfortunately did not have the dress that I had ordered in my size as it had sold out. They did offer to discount 10% off a dress of my choice. It was just too close to the wedding to chance it again so I bought a dress locally. I would give them a chance in the future as the dress they sent by mistake was good quality just not my style.
