Although the dress was beautiful, I had to return it due to poor stitching. I was grateful that NYD authorized a full refund and sent me a prepaid shipping tag to return my pour quality dress. I wish NYD would allow a 3 or 5 day return for an exchange or full credit to be used at a later date. NYD has a wonderful, large selection of dresses but I'm gun shy to purchase from NYD due to their strict no refund/all sales are final. I would definitely purchase from them more often if this policy was changed.
