I very hastily placed my order and wanted to change the size of the dress prior to it being shipped. I called multiple times finally reached a customer service representative who informed me that because the dress was shipping from California and they’re in a different time zone that they won’t be able to reach the warehouse until after 11 so they’d call me back around 2 o’clock, my time. I’m still waiting for the call back. I also called back around 3 and was informed that my item shipped so there’s nothing they can do now. Now I have a $285 dress that’s too big for me and I’m unable to exchange or return and now have to spend even more money to find a new dress. First and last time I’m ordering from this place.
