On Oct 5, I ordered a dress from NewYorkDress. One week later (Oct 11), got an email from NewYorkDress saying the shipment was on the way. It also contained a DHL tracking number. 3 days later (Oct 14), the tracking status hadn't changed. So I contacted DHL and was told the seller hadn't shipped the item yet. I also emailed NewYorkDress and didn't get a response. 5 days later (Oct 19), I asked chat support about the dress. They said it was "only available as pre-order for an estimated ship date of mid-November." When I ordered the dress on Oct 5, it said on their website that the dress was available. And the order confirmation email stated that it was "estimated to ship out within 5-7 business days." So I was expecting to receive the item by the third week of October. So I canceled my order with NewYorkDress. The cancellation and refund were quick. I then ordered the dress from a store in CA, which delivered the item within 4 business days (to Europe).
