I have dealt with this company for at least 10 years. My dress was one size too small. And I wanted to “exchange”! In the past refunds and returns and exchanges were easy. I was at a dismay when I realized there were no exchanges or refunds. All I wanted to do was exchange it for a larger size. So disappointed in this company and it’s changing his policies. After so many years ….the dress is fabulous but I can not where it!!
