I have a bad experience with customer service. I bought a dress which was a bit tight and I wanted to exchange it so I send it back first confirming that they have my size. When they received the dress my size wasn’t available anymore. So I called and ask not to sell my dress that I sent because if I don’t find any other dress that I like I’d like to have my initial dress back. The very next day when I send them an email of returning my dress back to me , it was already sold to someone else. I called again and complaint so another girl was talking to me and apologize asking me to choose another dress as they can’t do anything about it now or get a refund. I chose another dress fee days ago and I still didn’t hear back from them. So customer service is terrible and I wouldn’t purchase from them anymore.
