The showroom was lovely. The stylists know their inventory well and they're very nice and accommodating on the phone. Super professional. My experience could have been better with just a few things though.
- Dress availability. I had maybe 4 or 5 I wanted to see in certain colors - 3 weren't available in any color, and 2 were in stock but in the wrong colors. I specifically drove 90mins to see these pieces in person before buying online, so this was a little disappointing.
- Shared which dresses (and colors) were available before my appointment. I included a lot of details (and style numbers) in the appointment request form thinking what I wanted to try on was going to be waiting for me when I came, but the first time they saw the styles I wanted was when I showed them from my phone the day of.
- Appointment slot length. A 45min slot seems a little short to explore all the options in the store and make an informed decision.
