I purchase beautiful drees, but the pictures only show the front of the dress, I assume the back was covered, also in the description, it doesn't say anything about the dress having an open back, as soon as the dress arrived, I saw the open back, I tried to send it back the same day, I was very surprised to get a message saying that they don't take returns or exchanges, I send them 2 emails explaining their pictures in the website misleading you and also they should put everything in the description, also they should let you know when purchasing that this is a "final sale" no returns or exchanges never got a response, now I have this expensive dress in a box seating in my closet. I'm very disappointed, this is my first and last purchase with NYD.
