I just emailed them yesterday because I never received a return label in the box or reply back to my previous email requesting a return label. I sent the dress back return to sender and asked for a full refund as the dress was not the same color as the one shown online, which looked more purple/dark blue and did not fit. Hopefully I get a response back soon and a full refund. I ordered the exact dress in gold from another vendor for my oldest daughter last year and the dress looks way better in gold but was very long and needed to be tailored. This dress in smoky blue was also very long and my daughter is 160lbs and 5' 7". The dress fit her hips but the top was loose, we ordered a size up, size 14.
