The no return or exchange policy is ridiculous for an online formal wear company where the dresses cannot be tried on. I’ve ordered many formals from online sites and this is the first I could not at least exchange for a different size, so I had to purchase a second dress and am stuck with one that is too small. I would even pay to send the smaller one back.
