Cannot believe that the gown is not returnable. Every gown I have ordered has been returnable. When ordering for a special occasion and unable to try it on until it arrives it’s unfathomable to me you don’t accept returns or credits. I am a member of a “Mothers of the Groom” group and I will not be recommending your company to them.
