The person we had an appointment with did not let my daughter try on anything she wanted. We was rushed out the store and felt really uncomfortable. There were other girls there since before we arrived and still there when we were rushed to leave but was told each appointment is 30 mins tops. Every dress we picked out she told us they didn’t have in store. Kept emailing after about other dresses and were constantly ignored and we never went back. I decided to order a dress online and the dress had the sequins falling off soon as we opened the package. And you can’t return the dress because all sales are final. Hated that they made such a special moment suck for my daughter who’s graduating a year early with honors. She doesn’t even want to go to prom anymore because she wanted a specific dress from here that she never even got to try on or see in person. Never again will I return.
