I’m a regular store customer and have purchased more than 12 dresses from them. Back in December I ordered a dress for an event in early Feb and was given an estimated delivery date in early January. However, after 3 months of trying to contact the store for a delivery status update, I was informed that the size I ordered is out of stock without even apologizing for the inconvenience they’ve caused. I would’ve appreciated early notice. I love their dresses but unfortunately, the customer care is not as it used to be.
