I purchased a dress that appeared a dark red color online. The dress is almost purple! Huge difference. The lighting used for the images of this dress is SO misleading! This dress was very important to me as it was for my daughter’s Quinceanera. Her theme was Beauty and the Beast so her theme colors were dark red, royal blue, and gold. This dress is stunning and was only available in Mocha and Merlot. This dress cost me over $500. I even paid for expedited shipping and the dress took over a week to arrive. To my dismay, I reached out to them and was told I could not return the dress and could only receive store credit! Unfortunately there were not any other dresses I wanted from them online nor enough time to have it shipped before my daughter’s Quinceanera. The dress was never even tried on as I was immediately horrified by the hideous purple color. Will never buy from New York Dress again.
