I had shopped online years ago for my daughters formal gowns. As I began looking for dresses for her wedding, I found a few that I was interested in. I ordered a couple in 2 different sizes to try and gauge my sizing and hoping 1 or both might work for some of the events we have. Unfortunately one of them was such an odd color (which was not a color to view) and the other is so uncomfortable and did not look as it did in the photo. They would do not take returns or exchanges. I’m stuck with $2k in dresses I can’t wear. I will never shop here again. The reason I gave 1 star was because they swapped the one color for a different one, but that was it. I would have even been great with credit to use. That’s not an option here.
