When I finally managed to remove it from the packaging, I noticed marks on the dress from the hanger, and the dress was terribly wrinkled. The hanger itself had shattered into dozens of pieces and scattered out of the package. All the flower decorations (wires with stones) on the dress were twisted into an unrecognizable mess, and I had to carefully and cautiously straighten them to prevent the delicate wires from breaking. I've ordered designer dresses from other websites before, and dresses of this price range usually arrive neatly packaged in a branded box and well-ironed, ready to be worn right away. This shipment gave the impression that we had ordered low-quality clothing from AliExpress. I would really like you to pay attention to this! I can provide my photos. I don’t know if I will order here again given this attitude towards the expensive product I ordered.
