The dress was perfect but the customer service was terrible. I paid extra for quicker shipping and they put the wrong zip code. When I checked the status and saw the dress was in the opposite side of the state I reached out and asked them what zip code they put. They assured me they put the right zip code. Luckily UPS caught the mistake and they corrected it. I got the dress the next day but it did take longer than expected and I again paid extra for quicker shipping. I could see the label had the wrong zip code and when I reached out to customer service they never responded. Mistakes happen but I wish they were honest about it when I reached out to them and they could have refunded the price of the extra shipping costs.
