Your website is user-friendly and experience was pleasant enough, but your return policy is a bummer. Online shipping is tough, especially for an event where you want to find the perfect dress. I understand you don’t want women ordering too many dresses with the intent of returning all but one. But maybe cap the amount of returns per order and/or charge a reasonable restocking fee for the inconvenience to your employees.
