I ordered an MNM Couture dress and was extremely disappointed when it arrived. The dress looked nothing like the photo shown on their website—it was poorly packaged, wrinkled, and honestly looked like a used dress. For something that was supposed to be brand new and high quality, this was unacceptable. To make matters worse, I had to spend an additional $800 just to have the dress altered and repaired enough to make it look somewhat presentable. For the price paid, I expected much better quality and professionalism. Very disappointed with this purchase.
