I attempted to return 2 dresses that did not like. I never even took the plastic wrapping off of them. NY dress sent me the return labels I requested and I mailed them back in their original packaging. Three weeks later. NY dress mailed them back to me stating they were not returnable because they were on sale 60% off. The items were not labeled as non- returnable on the website—— perhaps somewhere in fine print, but the items were not thus labeled. I will never make a purchase from this company again.
