I found the customer service person I spoke with on the phone was really friendly and cheerful which made it comfortable to ask questions and feel confident things were right for what I needed. She emailed me confirmation of our conversations and responded with detail to my queries with speed and efficiency.
The installation was also fast and efficient with no hiccups at all.
